Gandapura, Kapasan, Roots kapasan


Composition:
The roots contain essential oils, fats, palmitic acid, sterols. Seeds contain encephalin, fosfatidilserine, plasmalogen, fosfatidilkoline plasmalogen, ambrettoli, ambretol, afamesol, furfural, tannins clan essential oils. Dried leaves containa-sitosterol, AD-glycosides, and tannins. Flowers containa-sitosterol, mirisetin, and glycosides.

Curable Disease:
The roots taste somewhat sweet, it's cool. Heat relief (antipyretic), diuretics, anti-inflammatory, and launch expenses pus.


PART USED
the main part used is root. Additionally, seeds, leaves, and flowers are also efficacious as a medicine. Leaves and roots are used as fresh material.


INDICATIONS
the roots are used for the treatment of: 
- High fever,
- Cough,
- Difficult bowel movements (constipation), and
- Urinary tract stones.


Seeds used to treat:
- Headache.


HOW TO USE
For drugs taken, boiled 10-15 g of fresh roots, and drink boiled water.
For external use, wash the fresh leaves, then milled until smooth. Put these ingredients in boils, sores, or on broken bones (fractures), then wrapped with gauze. Alternatively, soak the flowers in coconut oil, and rub on the wounds caused by burns or scalded.


EXAMPLE USAGE IN THE COMMUNITY

Wash kapasan 10 g fresh roots, and then slices thinly. Boil in 3 water glasses until remaining 1 glass. Once cool, strain and drink 2 times a day, each 1 / 2 cups.


Note
Leaves, flowers, and seeds can be used to eradicate the insects.
