Herbal Recipe for Bad Breath


Problem of bad breath can be a problem in daily life due to causes other people to keep distance and avoid. Sometimes, people do not realize it. Bad breath can also be a sign of certain disorders or diseases.

Recipe 2
10 grains of cloves, 20 grams kencur (thinly sliced), five pieces of betel leaf, areca nut and 5 grams of seeds. Wash all ingredients, boiled with 600 cc of water to the remaining 200 cc, and filtered. After a cold drink.

Recipe 3
30 grams of ginger, cardamom grains 4, and 15 grams of starfruit flower. Wash all ingredients, boiled with 600 cc of water to the remaining 200 cc, and filtered. Drink warm.

Recipe 4
15 grams of gotu kola, 10 grams of sage leaves and 1 teaspoon exist. Wash all ingredients, boiled with 600 cc of water to the remaining 200 cc, and filtered. Drinking water.

25 jasmine flowers. Brewed with a 200cc jasmine hot water, and then cover the container. After a cold drink.

Recipe 6 (external use)
7-10 betel leaves. Wash out material, braises with 500 cc of water to the boil, then strain. Use water to rinse warm.
